I immediately upgraded them to v3.20 and asked them to call me if the system crashed again. This was after I was at a client that asked me to see why his setup was randomly crashing (they were using Crucial Storage Executive v1.0) but surprisingly, without corrupting the O/S or program installs they were running. I am not using this on any of my production systems (because I don't use applicable drives on them.).īut I am using it on a couple of my 'office' systems (NUC's Haswell based i3's 16GB RAM w/M500 240GB SSD or MX200 500GB SSD) with no issues at all (accounting software, Adobe Acrobat professional, Office 2016 and a few other small programs, of course).
